Cupping therapy is a technique that uses specialized plastic cups to create gentle suction to the skin. The suction helps lift the underlying tissues, which will reduce muscle tension, improve local blood flow and promote relaxation. It is commonly used to address tight muscles, restricted movement, soreness after exercise and general muscle discomfort. During your session the cups may remain in one spot or be gently moved across the skin for a massage-like effect.

Cupping can be used on its own or incorportated into massage treatment.  Choose this option if you would like cupping.
